20th Century Fox releases Wolverine motion poster
US film studio 20th Century Fox has released an official motion poster for its big budget movie Wolverine, which wrapped principal photography in Australia on 21 November.
The poster is an embeddable shockwave flash file to market the film online.
The image is of Wolverine on a traditional Japanese roof overlooking a city with animated rain falling on the Marvel character and lightning flashing in the background.
The film is set in Japan, and while most of the film has been shot around Sydney and in New South Wales, production did move to Tokyo in August.
Some of the post production and VFX work is also being carried out in Australia with Rising Sun Pictures and Iloura working on the film.
Hugh Jackman is one of the producers on the film, which is directed by James Mangold.
They could have done the same thing with a gif and at least I would have seen something before it loaded.
