Buying (and selling) low
Life can be confusing if you’re a reader of The Sunday Telegraph.
Constantly, you might be asking yourself: “As an unsophisticated investor, what shares shall I buy and sell?”
Luckily, the newspaper has on hand share-tippers Mark Goulopoulos and Geoff Saffer.
This week, Goulopoulos has a red hot tip: Buy Woolworths shares.
And directly below him on the page, Saffer also has a red hot tip: Sell Woolworths shares.
Dr Mumbo hopes that the Sunday Tele’s readers now know what to do.

WOW Started at $22.11 on Monday and is now $20.82. So Saffer is right. Give the man a raise and lock in your life savings.

I see these stories every week from these types of experts. there is a business idea for someone to collate the experts and see how right or wrong they are. my return on my investment this year is so far 108% by not listening to experts. I recently signed up for an experts news letter and was talking to my accountant who is one of my best friends and he was telling me that the person writing the report was responsible for some people losing a lot of money here in Cairns. so I think I will just keep using my own judgement. My rule is only buy on the down and sell on the up and if I get my shares to make 100% I sell half and let the other half run free. so far BPT and WOR have done this for me.
