ABOUT THE EVENT
The Energy and Resources sector is largely male dominated with women making up less than 20% of the workforce. While there has been some progression in recent years, challenges and barriers still exist making it difficult for women to achieve senior leadership positions. Women who advance into leadership and senior executive positions in energy and resources organisations often do so in relative isolation.
The Women In Energy and Resources Leadership Summit 2014 provides an outstanding line-up of female leaders from a variety organisations. They will share their insights and experiences providing practical advice on how to address the common challenges faced by women in this environment. The summit is ideal for women currently in executive positions, and those looking to advance into leadership positions in the near future
