Open Channel brings together industry professionals and emerging filmmakers to help add the quality and edge to your story telling projects and help you stand out in the crowd.

Open Channel is running ten skill-packed courses for early career drama, documentary & web filmmakers that combines your talent with our professional industry practitioners.

Open Channel students also have access to the best industry opportunities and events by studying at Victoria’s Screen Industry Skills Centre. Our recent graduates worked on productions such as The Moon and The Sun, House Husbands, and INXS: Never Tear Us Apart.

Full-Time (4 months) of Part Time (12 months) study options. Non-Accredited and Accredited (Austudy eligible) study modes are available.
