AFTRS OPEN: TV PRESENTING ADVANCED SKILLS WITH TRACEY SPICER
This course is suitable for TV presenters, reporters, journalists and actors who already have some on-camera presenting experience and wish to gain a higher level of skill and accomplishment. This four-day intensive course will provide practical experience, individual coaching and a broad range of practical tips and tools to help further your presenting career.
During her 24-year career, course teacher Tracey Spicer has anchored news, current affairs and lifestyle programs in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Currently, Tracey works as an international anchor for Sky News, panellist for Channel 7’s Sunrise, broadcaster at Radio 2UE, and columnist for News Ltd. and The Hoopla.
She is best known for presenting Channel 10’s weekend and morning news services for 14 years. Through her company Spicer Communications, Tracey has trained hundreds of business executives and aspiring presenters in the finer points of breathing, gesturing, and speaking to camera. Tracey has written, produced and presented numerous documentaries around the world, including Breaking the Chains in Bangladesh and Not a Drop to Drink in Papua New Guinea.
