Agile Plan Management: how to manage fixed scope and / or fixed time deliveries properly based on identification of MVP, estimation of user stories, determining a velocity, and setting-up release and iteration walls for visual management along with complementary digital tools
Agile Estimation Lifecycle and Presenting Estimates to Stakeholders: practices for updating estimates and how to use burn-up and burn down charts for the benefit of the team and stakeholders – along with a review of the most popular tools being used by progressive organizations
