Paramor Prize

The finalists for Sydney’s newest arts prize, the Paramor Prize will be on exhibition at the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre.

In honour of one of Australia’s most revered artist’s, the late Wendy Paramor, The Paramor Prize exhibition will highlight 40 incredible works and artists.

From Saturday 31st January – Thursday 12th March, 2015, The Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre will be showcasing the top artworks.

Supported by Liverpool city Council, the competition aims to promote art, innovation and the Liverpool region.

Highlights
• A lucrative $20 000 prize is on offer for the winning artist; a $5 000 Mayoral Award is also offer for one finalist. A $1000 people’s choice award is also available.
• Other highlights include artwork by award winning Chinese/Indigenous Australian Artist, Jason Wing.
• Notable pieces by artists local to the Liverpool region.
