Master Workshop || Social Media Strategy
This one day intensive workshop aims to extend participants’ skills and knowledge in the latest techniques to develop and deliver social media business strategies. It will cover methodical approaches for developing social media business strategies including developing customer profiles, audit and assessment, strategic models, frameworks and organisational structures and workflows.
This workshop uses a variety of content from facilitator presentation, small group activities and discussion, video, online tools, and text based materials. Information presented includes case studies, current research, and practical hands-on tips. Participants have the opportunity to learn from each other with discussion of experiences encouraged by the facilitator.
Participants receive a comprehensive set of notes, as well as resources for further study.
