JOEL OZBORN IS HERE AND HE’S FUNNY
Joel Ozborn is back in Sydney next month for his brand new tour Be Here Now from Tuesday 28th April until Saturday 2nd May 2015 at Sydney Comedy Festival.
Be Here Now will see Joel combining his signature observational and physical style of comedy along with his insightful storytelling. From tales of his travels around Australia and the world, the pitfalls of comparing yourself to others, to what can be achieved if you live in the moment.
Joel has performed 1,282 shows to over 410,000 people, travelled more than 250,000 km, paying upwards of $4,500 dollars in excess baggage, eaten approximately 1,400 meals with Arj Barker and watched one woman punch Akmal in the face.
The Sydneysider originally began honing his comedy on the street, which resulted in him winning the “Street Performer Of The Year” competition presented by the Sydney Opera House.
2014 saw Joel take his own show to theatres around Australia and also join forces with Jimeoin in the SBS TV program The Full Brazilian, and act in a role (okay, admittedly a small role) in the upcoming Carl Barron film Manny Lewis.
