TRUST ME, I’M CREATIVE
Matt Jackson and a panel of experts placed either side of the arts / commerce divide will answer questions about how to trust creativity in the workplace.
The panel consists of Silvia Damiano (Scientist and Leadership Coach), Clare Cahill (Adobe Marketing), Luke Chess (Creative Director), Chris Panzetta (Interactive Technology Expert), Ben Romalis (Musician) and Matt Jackson (poet, public speaker and artist manager).
This event will look at working relationships involving creativity and trust. The panel will explore how trust is established quickly, how it can get broken and how it can be repaired when collaborating with creative people.
People working in Marketing, Human Resources and Advertising roles as well as members of the Production and Design Industries will be given the opportunity to gain:
• Skills that make creative collaborations more profitable
• Learn skills to establish trust quickly
• Learn the ability to maintain trust when things keep changing
• Understand a creative’s changing reality
• Understand a client’s commercial reality
