Liquid Learning is delighted to present the 2nd Annual Public Sector
Director and Executive Level Leadership Forum 2015. Featuring stories
of success and expert leadership advice to deal with the challenges of
senior leadership and to perform as a strategic decision maker. This is
the event for professionals transitioning into senior executive leadership
roles.

This conference will explore the changing nature of leadership in the Public Sector, and most importantly, the skills and competencies demanded of leaders to perform and deliver results in the current climate. This program is aimed at executive level leaders in the upper-middle and senior management layers who looking to further develop their ability to reflect and act on a strategic level. The Public Sector Director and Executive Level Leadership Forum 2015 will explore a range of topics within leadership: driving and organisational change, change management vs change leadership, thriving in times of uncertainty, leading through innovation and optimising workforce engagement.

By exploring first-hand the experiences of a distinguished faculty of speakers, the forum equips managers with the tools to excel in the current public sector environment.
