Liquid Learning is delighted to present this in-depth and interactive learning experience to help Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) strengthen compliance and align with National or State legislation. Participants of this course will be well positioned to deliver best-practice training services within relevant compliance frameworks and ready their organisations
for external audit or other regulatory investigations.

The expectations of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) in Australia are changing. Both national and state regulatory bodies outline a complex and mandatory set of standards RTOs need to meet in order to deliver excellent Vocational Education and Training that meets industry standards.

With an increasing amount of red tape, it can be difficult for RTOs keep up with regulatory requirements. In order to provide a best practice training service, quality and compliance professionals must evaluate their processes, procedures and tools to ensure training packages align with national or state standards.

However, with limited time and auditors just around the corner, it can be difficult to sustain the administrative duties required as an RTO. Through ongoing risk assessment and evaluation, training professionals can validate their Training and Assessment programs to ensure they are delivering the best Vocational Education and Training possible. In this practical workshop, participants will explore the common compliance challenges RTOs face and look behind the purpose of National and State standards, in order to improve education services and ready themselves for audit.
