Last Cab to Darwin @ Casula Powerhouse for Sydney Film Festival

On Friday 4 September, Sydney Film Festival returns to Casula Powerhouse for the seventh instalment of the Festival’s monthly program. In Last Cab to Darwin, national treasure Michael Caton plays a cancer stricken cabbie from Broken Hill who seeks to die with dignity. This year, Director Jeremy Sims brought the adapted screenplay to Sydney Film Festival for its World Premiere on the big screen. Runner up in the Foxtel Movies Audience Awards for Best Narrative Feature at this year’s Festival, Last Cab to Darwin is an unmissable film filled with hope, humour and heart and the performance of a lifetime by Michael Caton.
