Professor Jim Macnamara, PhD, FAMI, CPM, FPRIA, FAMEC, Professor of Public Communication and an Associate Dean at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), has agreed to share the findings of his recently completed two-year, three-country study of organizational listening.
This has found that the public communication of corporations and government is overwhelming speaking to disseminate their messages and that they rarely listen. He proposes strategies and tools for organisational listening that can increase engagement, trust, and relationships.
