Liquid Learning is delighted to present the 3rd Women in Leadership
Summit 2016. A leadership development and networking platform designed to explore effective leadership strategies, share inspirational stories and provide critical tools for women’s leadership success.

Evidence continues to demonstrate that diversity at the senior leadership level helps to drive performance and improve service delivery by increasing the talent pool, strengthening overall capability and unlocking innovation of organisations. Despite progress towards diversity, the latest Gender Diversity statistics from NZX show that, male company officers outnumbered females by 79% to 21% across the 110 participating companies.

The 3rd Women in Leadership Summit 2016 is designed to focus on the opportunities, rather than the obstacles, for women to progress their careers within this evolving profession. The Summit will provide an exceptional platform for women all sectors to share their practical advice and guidance on the key skills required for effective leadership and navigating a path to success.

Inspirational case studies from successful senior women will equip aspiring leaders with the advice and strategies they need to reach their leadership potential. Focusing on building leadership capability and developing the key skills for success, the Summit will be a networking and professional development opportunity not to be missed.
