Bastion Collective acquires PR agency Tomorrowland Group

Bastion Collective has acquired beauty, retail and lifestyle PR agency, Tomorrowland Group.

Bastion Effect, Bastion Collective’s PR arm, will now consist of a team of 45 across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane following the acquisition.

Fergus Watts, Bastion Collective founder and executive chairman, said in a statement: “We have been looking for an acquisition in the Sydney market for the past couple of years and are really excited to bring Raff [Raffaele D’Alisa, Tomorrowland’s co-founder] and his team into the fold.

“Their business offering, client base and culture align perfectly with ours and the world-class work they deliver for some of the biggest brands and household names was a key component in our decision-making process.”

Richard Chapman, chief executive of Bastion Effect, said: “The breadth of experience across both teams will enable us to develop robust communication strategies, ensuring we deliver the best integrated campaigns that produce a strong return on investment and measurable outcomes for our clients.”

Raffaele D’Alisa, Tomorrowland Group’s co-founder said the move would enable the agency to grow its offering and business.

Racing Victoria, Melbourne Central, Mirvac, Cbus Property, Rawson Homes and Shayher are all current clients of Bastion Effect.
