Elastoplast and Richards Rose tell Australians to ‘get up again’ after a fall
Elastoplast has released its latest campaign created in collaboration with ad agency Richards Rose.
The campaign encourages Aussies to dust themselves off after a fall or sporting injury, and features a series of ‘get up again’ moments set to the tune of Chumbawamba’s Tubthumping (I Get Knocked Down).
The campaign is set to launch as a 30-second TVC along with a series of 15-second spots on digital. The campaign will also run across point-of-sale in grocery and pharmacy, and is set to further extend across upcoming brand activations and partnerships.
“This is the beginning of a new chapter for Elastoplast. We sought to inspire Aussies to give it their all and encourage resilience, by being there to help them bounce back from injury. From kids in the playground to the athlete on the field,” said Karlea Snowden-Harris, general manager marketing.
Digby Richards, CEO of Richards Rose added: “All too often wound plasters relate to our faults and vulnerabilities. With this campaign we leverage Elastoplast’s unique strength in sport and superior quality to become a symbol of people’s resilience and ability to bounce back”.

Yeah, I see the similarities. Both have a soccer ball and go for 30 seconds. Uncanny. Who would have thought it possible!
