Emotive and 3rdspace lead the Mumbrella Entertainment Awards shortlist

Creative agency Emotive and specialist content agency 3rdspace have scored the highest number of shortlisted entries at the Mumbrella Entertainment Marketing Awards, which this year incorporates the BEFEST Awards.

Emotive, led by Simon Joyce, scored nominations in seven categories including Best Content Strategy, Best Use of Music, Advertising Campaign of the Year and Best Branded Entertainment (Fiction).

Emotive’s nominations where for two campaigns, LYNX Australia – Find Your Aussie Magic with PHD and Liquid Ideas as well as Audible.com.au – Said I Read You… But I Lied, with Poem and M2M.

3rdpsace came away with four shortlistings for work on campaigns for the ACCC, Pepsi Max and Study Gold Coast, while it was also nominated for Content Company of the Year.

A range of brands and agencies also scored multiple nominations across the 18 categories including the Australian Ballet, Bring, The Monkeys, The Royals, Vice, Bauer Media and Frank PR.

Meanwhile, categories for PR Agency of the Year and Creative Agency of the Year have been combined to form Agency of the Year. In total, 44 brands and agencies have scored one nomination or more this year.

The Mumbrella Entertainment Awards will be handed out on November 22 at The Star in Sydney with tickets on sale now.
