I have been a journalist for more than 10 years. I have worked for regional, suburban, weekly metropolitan and a newswire.

As a freelancer, I have worked as a sub-editor for a fashion and lifestyle magazine, proofed government reports and written articles on academic research.

I have also worked in corporate communications, and have skills in drafting media releases and communications.

My interests are higher education, research, health, people profiles and popular culture. And a great story.
