I specialise in feature articles and profiles in the areas of technology, health, career, parenting, education, photography, property and small business.
I’ve been a freelance journalist for the last decade after working in newspapers, commercial radio and online publications and teaching journalism at several universities.
A quick ‘google’ will throw out samples of my work from dozens of publications including the Sydney Morning Herald, Sun Herald and The Age, the ABC, many different magazines and websites. Editors tell me my work is readable, interesting and well-researched and I abide by the MEAA Code of Ethics.
(Oh but please don’t confuse me with Google references to my Irish skateboarding namesake, currently drinking his way around Europe. I’m older, wiser, a different gender and nationality and have four kids!)
