Natalie Factor

I am a Marketing Professional specializing in Brand Activation and Trade Marketing. My experience has been gained while employed by a variety of companies that encompass various aspects of the marketing mix. My experience has seen me run a variety of projects across a number of marketing disciplines, most recently within the advertising arena running promotional campaigns for a number of large corporations. I am seeking opportunities to utilise these skills further and gain new experiences within the marketing industry.

Trade Marketing and Brand Strategy
Have built strategic marketing plans that encompass specific brand activity as well as corporate trade and promotional activity. In addition to building these plans, have the ability to present to all levels of the business from CEO, to customers to sell in the plans, before activating the entire plan.

Project and Event Management
Ability to manage campaigns from briefing through to the final analysis of the results. In addition to this an ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously and ensuring that all deadlines are met. In addition to running advertising campaigns, I have also managed events of various sizes and budgets.

Budget Management and Negotiation Skills
Effectively able to manage budgets of various sizes and ensure that campaigns are run in the most cost effective way to benefit both the business and key stakeholders. In order to do this, I have built strong negotiation skills, through sourcing new suppliers, negotiating with councils, and working with customers (both internal and external). An example of this is a campaign that I did for Meat and Livestock to launch spring Lamb, where I was able to complete a campaign on a tight budget and timeline, and negotiated space in railway stations and with suppliers to achieve a fantastic result.

People Management
Working with junior staff (through graduate programs) to provide coaching and guidance. In addition to managing teams of various sizes and skill sets. While working at Retail Performance and The Marketing Department I managed teams of staff that varied in size from 20 to 100 people. Part of my role was to provide support and guidance, on the job training, and recruitment of new staff as required.

Presentation Skills
Accredited trainer of small groups, and confident in creating and presenting to groups of all sizes. Presentations have varied from training on various topics in brand activation to presenting creative concepts (including strategic direction) and post campaign analysis.
