My approach to research is built from my years of experience working directly with clients and within the media industry:

1. Never lost sight of the business problem to be solved. It takes a combination of strategic & creative thinking to deliver research that illuminates the answer to the business problem.

2. Research should be fun. When respondents are having fun they are engaged with the task at hand, are more creative and more honest.

3. I get things done fast. I understand the pressure everyone is under to quickly deliver answers to their teams and business. My years of media agency experience mean I can deliver quality, reliable data in extremely short time frames.

4. The power of research to deliver insights best arises through the use of mixed methodologies and a wide variety of data sources. To this end I am experienced in delivering research using quantitative, qualitative, social media, web analytics and online communities.
