The role:
We are looking for an Account Director to join our dynamic team to work on the Google account out of the US. We’d be open to a Senior Account Manager ready to step up.

As an Account Director, you are a creative and strategic thinker who loves learning everything there is to know about a client’s brand, business, and customer.
You’re a great communicator, a senior client handler and your teams’ biggest supporter. You remain calm when working at speed, not skipping a beat on the details and never lose sight of the bigger picture. You have an interest in organic business growth, creative excellence underpinned by passion for proactivity.

Your responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact with senior clients @ Google
• Lead and nurture a small team of outstanding client and project managers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; liaising with strategic planners, creative teams, traffic and production
• Identify opportunities for growth, pitching ideas to clients and ensuring projects are being delivered to the highest standard.
• Report to a Senior Account Director leading the Google Chrome portfolio

You will need:
• 4-5+ years agency experience managing a variety of clients, delivering creative campaigns, social assets, branding global events and digital components
• Ideally, a keen interest in B2B Tech
• To be a natural when collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of work and ideas.
• A strong understanding of how to lead projects ensure they are on budget whilst reporting on revenue forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with clients and nurture team members.
• Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience managing, guiding and inspiring direct reports
