Account Director

One of the leading specialist agencies in Australia has a new opportunity to join their team at Account Director level.

Working on a high-profile automotive account, you’ll develop strategic plans around Digital, CRM and CX activity, and then oversee the implementation of campaigns. The work is data-driven, using key insights and triggers to drive lead generation, retention and cross-sell campaigns, and is framed by customer journey mapping. With a focus on profitability and a solid commercial outcome, you’ll ensure all work is delivered on budget and on time, and will lead a small team to deliver these outcomes.

This agency works extremely closely with the client – acting as an extension of their Marketing department – so the ability to build strong and enduring relationships is of utmost importance. You’ll also need at least 5 – 7 years agency experience, great creative instincts, and any automotive experience will be highly regarded, although not essential. An understanding of CRM and Digital would also be helpful, but an integrated background is also welcome.
