What Heard’s about:

An awarded, almost decade old, full-service boutique agency, driven by changing conventions. A tight team of 25 professionals, servicing large businesses in the Property Development, FMCG, Government, Cosmetics and Alcohol industries.

What we’re looking for:

/ A heavyweight SAM or entry level AD with at least 5 years of consistent experience in agencies.
/ Great relationship skills – to motivate colleagues and also nurture valuable long-term clients
/ Strategic thinker – able to identify and confidently articulate marketing and advertising opportunities for our clients
/ Quick thinker – able to problem solve/brainstorm/hypothesise on the spot
/ Exceptional leadership – always leading and inspiring by example and strongly motivated by nurturing high performers
/ Fully accountable for one’s decisions and work
/ A love or strong appetite for Property Development as this is 50% of our work (B2C branding, marketing and major ad campaigns)
/ Ideally experienced in brand and traditional mediums, but ideally you have some experience in digital also
/ Ambitious and never happy to stagnate, because we are a young and growing agency with plans to expand
/ Very strong communication/presenting/selling skills
/ No inertia to change – willing to disrupt one’s approach or try new things
/ Commerciality is essential to ensure we deliver solutions and approaches that will make our clients and our agency profitable
/ Fun and positive person – someone solutions focused and not adverse to mucking in for the greater good
