About You
This is an ideal position for an outstanding client service professional who has previous experience managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have;
• 5+ years’ experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager
• Proven client and key stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing a team of senior client service personnel
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multi task
• Computer literate and sound MS knowledge
• Experience in field marketing, events marketing, retail activation or contact centre would be viewed favourably
About the Position
Reporting to the Managing Director – Direct Sales, you will be responsible in managing all facets of your portfolio including but not limited to;
• Developing trusted partnerships with clients and foster existing relationships
• Generating growth opportunities with existing and new clients
• Client engagement and relationship development
• Developing strategies and tactics to improve the effectiveness of the programs
• Leading a team of highly engaged individuals
• Financial management of your portfolio
• Developing and growing your team
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Determining deliverables to ensure project tasks are completed within the scope, budget and schedule
About the Offer
This will be a 12-18 months fixed term maternity leave replacement position;
