Account Director (Advertising)

– $110K – $130K Package

Do you have experience in the automotive industry and excel at making strategic business contributions? In this challenging role, you will lead relationships and foster them to deliver great outcomes while nurturing a talented, integrated team.

The role:

– Work closely with the team to define & interpret business challenges and develop ongoing brand strategy
– Build relationships to harness collaboration and expertise across disciplines
– Assist clients through maximising efficiencies, mining integrated opportunities and providing strategic guidance
– Define and track agency scope, while seeking opportunities to generate new revenue streams
– Lead cross functional teams
– Ensure all plans are delivered on time and to budget
– Assist in implementation of training, education and mentoring to successfully develop cross-agency skills in strategic thinking and thought leadership

You:

– Solid understanding of both advertising and automotive industries (preferred)
– Strong communication skills
– Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
– Seek and work in close partnerships, encouraging collaboration and consultation
– Critical thinker who can bring their point of view to the table
– A planned and organised approach to meet objectives
– Strong understanding of the use of data-driven strategies to meet clients’ objectives
– Strong understanding of integrated agency processes across broadcast, digital and media
– Excellent understanding of one-to-one and broadcast marketing in both digital and more traditional media, with hands-on expertise
– Model and drive a ‘client-first’ culture
