Do you get a kick out of helping your clients build a growth focused strategy and then bring that strategy to life?

G2M are B2B focused Growth Advisors based in Sydney, Australia. We’re looking for experienced executives who are comfortable building and executing marketing or sales strategies and plans. If you get a kick out of providing advice, guidance and running growth projects for your clients, this could be just the role you’ve been waiting for.

You might be a B2B marketer, sales or service executive, (ie client side) or come from an agency or consultancy.

The Role

The role has three components:
Execute growth projects:

• Develop growth strategies for your clients, via consultation and workshops.

• Manage team of project resources (internal & external) working on growth projects for your book of clients

• Consistently deliver projects, on time, every time.

• Strive to continually improve our effectiveness through the application of smarter processes and tools

• Ensure we hit margin targets for projects

• Continue to develop your subject matter expertise

Manage clients

• Generate & manage Client Account Plans to generate upsell opportunities within your book of business

• Run quarterly business reviews with clients

Grow business

• Connect with target organisations and roles

• Uncover leads, set up meetings, discover needs

• Develop and present solutions

• Write and deliver proposals

• Close new deals

What will make you successful?

· You have a consultative mindset. Able to ask questions to quickly understand different business strategies and core challenges of customers and prospects and develop a suitable response.

· You get a real kick out of chasing and winning business & building strong enduring partnerships with your clients.

· You understand the roles of automation technology in building a growth engine for clients (We are a HubSpot Platinum Partner)

· You have practical experience of what really works when building & running successful lead generation campaigns.

· You have the ability to articulate complex ideas in both written & verbal form.

· You are able to manage stakeholder’s expectations and wield influence with clients

· You have an absolute respect for project deadlines and a “do what it takes” attitude.

Starting ASAP
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience. A good base salary is supplemented with bonuses based on revenue you bring to the firm.
