Account Director – BLT

The Why

You’ll work alongside a vibrant wider team, including people from digital, design, events, social media, comms, strategy and creative who work hard and support each other to deliver top quality work.

As the new Account Director on the team, you will take charge on managing a range of BLT marketing campaigns for this client’s customers, shoppers and consumers.

The What

Build solid relationships with clients and their teams.

Oversee the day-to-day running of the account through the development of briefs, timelines and WIPs, prioritise workload, budget and profitability management, and coordinate with internal teams.

Identify opportunities within client briefs to recommend the most suitable solutions for your client and their needs

Managing a team of junior account service staff across account service to run regular internal team WIP’s to manage resources, timelines and output across the teams as well as mentor, motivate and develop them throughout their career

The How

To be considered for this role you will already be an Account Director with an agency background or a Senior Account Manager with at least 5 year’s experience

You will ideally have experience working in the FMCG space across BTL campaigns

You will be driven by passion to understand your client’s business, their brand, their audience, and their industry

You will be a problem solver, who can ask the right questions, and be willing to offer well thought through ideas and solutions to both clients and internal team

You will be a relationship person someone who loves building relationships with clients, internal production & creative teams
