Account Director – CX

Exceptional opportunity for a CX specialist to join one of Australia’s fastest growing consultancies, working on a suite of major blue-chip brands.

Supported by a small team, you’ll direct CRM, Digital and platform integration projects end-to-end. Working closely with specialist Strategists, you’ll develop comprehensive CX plans and then oversee the implementation of these, including briefing, execution and post-campaign analytics. At each stage you’ll provide insight and guidance, helping position the consultancy as a highly credible and valuable partner. You’ll ensure that any revenue opportunities are maximised, and build strong and enduring relationships with clients. As a leader within the business, you’ll drive innovation and contribute at a senior level.

You’ll need at least six years’ experience in a data-led agency or consultancy environment to succeed in this role. With a strong understanding of customer journey mapping, data analytics and marketing automation, you’ll know how to leverage these to optimise marketing returns. You should be smart, ambitious and able to manage and motivate teams, and be able to work collaboratively across the business.
