Account Executive

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Havas Media is looking for an Account Executive to work Full Time working on large and well know high profile accounts.

At Havas, the Account Executive (AE) will work closely with the Account Manager (AM) and Account Director (AD) + Group Account Director (GAD) to lead the day-to-day operations for a number of clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all briefs are answered comprehensively and to an agreed timeline. You will manage input from clients’ creative partners to ensure we are developing high quality ideas and following the media implementation process across all interactive channels.

As part of our integrated Client Account Team structure you will be directly responsible for planning across digitally connected channels and work closely with the specialist product teams (Social/Programmatic/Performance) to provide a seamless experience for our clients. You will also be expected to buy media direct with digital publishers particularly where more integrated partnerships are concerned.

Our Client Account Teams are lead by a Client Services Director who is responsible for leading the overall communications strategy and implementation process for clients and managing workloads to ensure pressure points are shared equitably within the team. The CSD will lead the overall digital strategy within the team and you will be providing day to day digital leadership and full campaign management (alongside the AM, AD/GAD). When required you will also be supporting on new business pitches.

The role requires maturity, a passion for great work and a desire to create something genuinely different. Whilst the below details your main responsibilities, you will be required to take on other projects and champion tools, systems and processes as and when they are identified by the AM or AD/GAD.

Preferred Experience:

• Exceptional client management
• Thorough understanding of clients’ business challenges and solutions within the marketing mix
• Sound knowledge of market conditions including in the digital landscape e.g. viewability and ad fraud accompanied by the platforms utilised to track and verify
• Team player to ensure that you can build and work across number of internal & external stakeholders harmoniously
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Communication skills, Negotiation skills
