Account Manager

Menulog is currently seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationships with our trade restaurants and maximising the growth and success of restaurant partners on the Menulog platform. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing business that is also the clear market leader. You will report into the Head of Account Management and be based in our new state of the art, top floor CBD office with rooftop garden overlooking Hyde Park!

Key Responsibilities

Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new accounts that are assigned to you, ensuring that their Menulog account is optimised for success, understand restaurant goals and ensuring that they receive the correct technology and products to ensure they can prosper immediately on the Menulog platform.
Identify and coach your restaurant partner accounts on how to optimise the Menulog platform for their business with the aim of maximising the order and revenue growth of each client.
Coach Restaurant Partner behaviours to provide outstanding customer service (to improve their quality rating), and implement strategies to improve the customer experience aimed to drive further revenue to your panel of Restaurant Partners
Proactively manage and own key corporate relationships with external accounts, visiting them on a regular basis and working with them on proactive initiatives to improve core metric results
Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with high profile partners and prospects
Effectively communicate the value proposition to our high profile restaurant partners, to drive both continued order growth and increased engagement
Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless service delivery
Work closely with the BI team to identify metrics to help coach and grow the restaurant partnership and revenue
Work closely with the marketing team to devise and implement key marketing initiatives for key corporate accounts
Ensure partners are aware and encourage them to use the latest Menulog solutions to drive efficiencies, grow their business and maximise potential with Menulog
Use Salesforce to provide regular reporting to management around your account growth and other key partner metrics.
Use internal platforms (Salesforce etc) to identify key opportunities for Restaurant growth and identify opportunities to drive personal efficiencies
Create account plans for each of your clients to map out growth and service opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of our products, our competitors’ products, the takeaway sector, trends and the competitive landscape to ensure you are able to provide the best possible service to your clients
Skills, Experience & Attributes Required

The ideal candidates will have:

Proven ability to grow accounts, over the phone, through increased engagement and identifying upsell opportunities, preferred
A dynamic, pro-active approach to working with partners, quickly addressing their needs and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly
A proven ability to put the partners’s requirements at the heart of what they do, striving to deliver high quality service at all times
Strong understanding of B2B and working collaboratively cross function to achieve success
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience of working within a fast paced, high growth environment
Ability to identify business opportunities and potential risks
Hold a driven attitude, enjoy hitting targets and hold a passion to succeed
Ability to work flexible hours and be available where necessary for travel across ANZ for sales blitz activities
An outgoing, confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to quickly build strong rapport with partners and able to influence and engage effectively at all levels of the business
