Account Manager

We offer our clients a NEW Agency model. Our model focuses on using our proprietary software to efficiently and cost-effectively manage our clients high-volume marketing campaigns, while maintaining the high level of service that our clients expect.

We have recently taken on a new national commercial real estate client and we are looking to build a team to deliver exceptional service to this account. We require a skilled Account Manager for an immediate start. This is a full-time ongoing position reporting into a National Account Director.

Our new Client Service team will consist of a diverse group of marketers who will work as a team to deliver excellence in marketing across all disciplines; creative, media and digital. They will work as an extension of our clients team to advise them how best to market a varied portfolio of properties across multiple asset classes.

On any given day you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Manage the day to day campaign activity for from initial client brief to completion.
• Establish, and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, to ensure service levels are maintained, opportunities are leveraged and financial performance goals are met.
• Develop a high-level competency in operating our online campaign management system to support delivery of campaigns.
• Develop a high-level competency in managing client communication throughout our ticketing system Zendesk, ensuring client requests are triaged and responded to in a timely manner.
• Liaise with suppliers & media publications, building relationships with key contacts and production departments.
• Produce creative, digital and production briefs that meet the client’s needs,
• Ensure all deadlines are hit and that work is completed with a high level of accuracy.
• Use data to provide a sharp marketing perspective and add strategic value at every step of the marketing process (Media, Creative & Digital), for your client.

The ideal person has the following qualifications or experience:
• Has experience managing client relationships at a creatively driven agency, a media company and/or a client-side marketer.
• 2-3 years of account management or marketing experience in an integrated marketing capacity.
• Is comfortable working on fast paced and highly transactional marketing campaigns.
• Has been exposed to online advertising (social and search) and is willing to continue to learn to become an expert in this medium.
• Experience supporting data-driven and performance-driven marketing programs.
• Strong aptitude for the role and impact of media, platforms and innovations in marketing.
• Property industry experience or experience managing a property industry client would be desired.

Location: Sydney NSW 2000
Salary: $60,000 inc Superannuation
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
