Account Manager

We’re on the look out for an ambitious digitally biased Media Account Manager who wants to build upon their proven media planning/buying expertise and client service skills.

You’ll have the opportunity to be the daily media lead on key accounts working closely with the media Business Director to deliver results for clients as well as bolster our performance marketing client base in the Melbourne market. You’ll also get a chance to work closely with the creative, PR, technology and data professionals within the Village.

You’ll ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within a media planning/buying role that has been digitally focused and measurement led. You need to have been the key client contact on the account for one year or more.

You have fundamental expertise across display, search, content, social and programmatic planning and buying and know your Asteroid from your GA360. Some experience planning and buying offline media is desired.

You think data fuels creativity and believe that great ideas are where content and context are perfectly aligned.

You should be enthusiastic, confident, sociable and cool under pressure – our team is important to us. An excellent relationship builder who thrives on working as part of a team but is also highly self-motivated. And you must be curious. Curious to understand people, understand brands and identify new, better ways of communicating.
