Account Manager


We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team on a Full time basis within one of our agencies.

Key responsibilities

Day-to-day main client contact.

Developing and executing a client retention and growth plan to identify potential areas for improvement

Gains and maintains knowledge of client’s business, industry and competition.

Informs team on status of projects.

Responsible for ensuring reports and/or meeting notes are complete and distributed to clients.

Assist to maintain existing account relationships to insure they remain healthy, productive and mutually beneficial, with a goal of securing repeat business and achieving targeted revenues

Additional task as assigned

Who are we looking for?

Someone with at least 4 years agency experience
Must be detail focused
Have the ability to develop strategic solutions for client business challenges
Experience in preparing client proposals and or pitch documents
Someone who thrives on working across more than one brand
A person who can grow in to a more senior role in 18 months
You’ll need to be:

Passionate, energetic & proactive
Extremely organised
A team player
Highly motivated
Someone who possesses excellent time management skill, with the ability to multi-task and juggle several projects/brands at once
Someone with strong written & verbal communication skills
Someone who has a “can do” attitude
Personable – with the ability to develop a great rapport with clients, suppliers & team members alike
