We’re looking for a tenacious, pro-active self-starter who is passionate about brands and how they communicate to grow their consumer engagement, loyalty and sales.

We’re a well-established independent creative advertising and communications agency with a diverse portfolio. Our clients include high-profile household names and national brands.

This role fits into our highly experienced team working on some of the agency’s key accounts across publications, traditional and digital media channels.

Responsibilities and duties
· Manage publications and campaign activity from initial client brief to completion.
· Build and grow client relationships through dedication and delivery of great work.
· Take ownership of creative, task and production briefs, timelines and estimates.
· Write creative briefs that leverage insights and contain inspiring propositions.
· Manage project budgets, preparing estimates
· Manage forecasting and revenue reconciliations for all your jobs.
· Work with the Creative teams to ensure concepts are on-brief and high quality.
· Own the JCR and billing process for all your jobs.
· Work with the Executive Director on growing the accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will:
· Have the ability to demonstrate proven individual effectiveness in a similar role and/or relevant training.
· Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
