Account Manager – Brand/Design Agency

Small, friendly brand and design studio with a broad range of blue-chip clients seeks a curious, energetic and super organized person to fill an account manager position.

Located in South Melbourne, Edison agency is a design agency specializing in brand strategy and product design. We are looking for an experienced account manager to help manage client projects and co-ordinate the activities of our studio.

Managing client projects from briefing, through the design process and production, you’ll be a champion of the client – ensuring jobs are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

In addition, you’ll support the studio in administrative tasks, and workflow management. This role is integral to the successful delivery of projects and day-to-day workflow of the business.

Responsibilities would be focused on:

Project Management
» Liaising with clients, establishing trusted partnerships
» Preparation of project quotes and invoices
» Preparation of project timelines
» Managing internal WIP meetings
» Sourcing supplier quotes
» Proofreading
» Preparing work in progress reports

General Administration
» Support in managing studio workflow and timings
» Preparing and co-ordinating marketing material
» Administrative support to the Director and design team
» General office management

Prerequisites include:
» Min 2-3 years Design studio experience or client/project management.
» Experience with MS Word, Excel, Mail and Calendar. Previous experience in Adobe InDesign is a plus but training can be provided.
» Must have excellent organisational skills, be focused and enjoy a hands-on team environment
» Willing to undertake training, share knowledge and take direction
» Well presented, punctual and detail focused
