Account Manager: Client Side Position

My client is an innovative growing tech company who automate Corporate (Multinational) Clients’ brand and advertising communications. They are looking for a strong confident Account Manager to liaise with clients, understand their needs, problem-solve and then brief these into internal stakeholders and developers, overseeing every step of the project.

This is supportive and sociable environment in which to work. They are looking for an agile, passionate, calm and organised Account Manager with a professional outlook and passion for the business, to join their client service team.

You need have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with marketing departments of large corporate clients, interrogate briefs and then translate requirements to the internal production team.

With a passion for working in a busy environment, you need to be able to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively with the rest of the team. You’ll will be liaising with the marketing department of Corporate Client’s, overseeing timelines and costs, enjoy thinking outside the square, contribute to providing creative solutions and be able to solve your client’s requirements. You need take initiative and recommend additional solutions to solving client’s needs.

You will need to be upbeat, positive an enjoy being solution based; solving problems and remaining calm under pressure. As this is a tech company, you need to have an understanding of the terminology used for development of communication ie eDM’s etc.

Previous experience in an advertising agency, design agency or marketing department would be an advantage in securing this position. You need to understand branding communications.

Some Skill requirements:

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Understanding of adaptation of brand templates for web based requirements
Ability to interpret client’s briefs and objectives and together with the team, present back solutions to clients
Confidence and ability to challenge the status quo and always look for cost efficiencies and better ways of operation
Briefing clients’ requirements to the production team and producing associated costs
Manage the workflow within the company and update all stakeholders regularly
Ability to write and present proposals to clients
Take ownership of the clients and projects you are looking after
Have an understanding of print, design and online requirements in terms of different specifications for uploading online
Previous experience dealing directly with Corporate Clients and internal production departments
Ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
