Account Manager – Digital and Analytics – $95,000 + Super

Big Wave Digital is proud to be partnering with a global digital marketing/analytics business that is growing rapidly within the data analytics and digital marketing sector. This company provides insights, analytics and consulting services to marketers, media brands and agencies.

In this role, the Account Manager will be focusing on maintaining and nurturing the medium to enterprise level account relationships. You will be targeted on driving growth, retention and consistent delivery of service! The industries you will work across are varied. You will be solving strategic and operational related problems for your customers.

A customer focused/sales orientated personality is a must!

What are we looking for?
A combination of online/marketing knowledge and commercial acumen
2 – 3 + years proven sales experience
End to end account management experience with strong pipeline management skills
Comfortable holding and reporting on success vs target and pipeline on a regular basis
Focus on retention and growth of your portfolio whilst ensuring consistent delivery of service
Maintain the CRM system accurately
Get involved in new propositions and “go to market” strategies based on client feedback and engagement
Previous experience within a client facing environment and selling to marketers is ideal
