Account Manager – Online Marketing (SEM) Growing International Firm

Working for one of the coolest Ad-tech companies in Australia /Globally your role will be critical to their ongoing success story in Australia. You will be working with a wide range of clients to include delivery platforms similar to Deliveroo, Menulog etc., and a host of other clients in different business sectors.

They have a great team in place already and want to build it further but still retain the great rapport the team currently has. As such, they are looking for smart, upbeat and dependable person to join the team.

If you already have SEM knowledge then great, if you don’t then not to worry as they will give you full training. Their main goal is to find the right team fit and they are more than happy to train you in the rest.

You will need to demonstrate a stable track record in Account Management and have a ‘can-do’ attitude . They love to over-deliver to their clients which is why they have developed a loyal client base and are known for quality, within the industry.

Job details:
Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects including: client relations, performance analysis, campaign development, testing and reporting
Research and analyze industry changes/developments in Search Engine Marketing
Analyse client websites and provide well-defined strategies to improve site performance and ROI
Create and present written recommendations for SEM performance improvements
Perform analysis and research, provide recommendations and develop strategy for PPC campaigns
Manage day-to-day client relationships with clients around the world

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree Required – (BSc. Advantage)
Social Media Marketing experience – (Advantage)
Technological / mathematical aptitude
Fluent spoken/written English Mandatory
Highly motivated and goal driven
Ability to think creatively and work independently
Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
Customer service orientation and ability to form lasting customer relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
