Account Manager, Performance Marketing – $90K -100K +

PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

We are currently looking for Performance Marketing Manager to join their team. They boast of a powerful network of contacts as reflected in the exciting brands they represent – from innovative scale-ups to blue-chip brands. The founder of this business has an entrepreneurial passion for growth, a “get it done” attitude, and a zeal for solving complex problems to the clients they work with.

The ideal person for this role lives and breathes digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and paid channels. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your account management skills too – you’ll be the account manager for a range of clients and engaging directly with business owners and decision makers.

Your key accountabilities will include:
Account Management: work closely with clients to develop strong relationships and understanding of their requirements, developing effective digital strategies and lead regular communication
Manage Digital Campaigns: hands-on across multi channels with a focus (for now) on Performance Marketing, building and executing exciting and innovative digital campaigns across multi-channels, with a focus on Search, Social, Display and Shopping
Develop the latest in digital marketing trends: from landing pages to content, ensure significant ROAS for customers and get creative with additional digital platforms
With this in mind, we’d expect that you’ll be able to highlight your experience in multiple aspects of digital marketing, and be able to demonstrate these key requirements:
strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads is essential
exceptional customer service outlook and a decision making mentality
you’re up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing
you enjoy thinking on your feet in high performing cultures
you know your way around tools to deliver data and analytics (you’re an Excel Guru, and are very familiar with Google Data Studio)
your communication skills lead you to write attention seeking copy and content
you’re familiar with beyond the norm platforms and channels (hello Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads)

Competitive salary: we’re ideally looking for someone with 2-4 years experience in digital marketing and the salary will reflect that – $90K – $100K + super, as a guide.
