Account Manger – In-house Creative Agency

HOUSE is The Star Entertainment Group’s internal creative agency, providing all advertising and marketing material for our three resorts in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Consisting of a dynamic team of Art Directors, Designers, Writers, Producers, Studio and Account Management professionals, HOUSE takes the very best of a traditional agency structure and applies it to our one internal client.

As an internal resource, we have a collaborative approach to client management and creative development, empowering our team to make a real difference to the work we produce.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our agency in Brisbane for a 6-month Contract. You will act as the first point of contact for our internal clients and will coordinate and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful delivery of creative campaigns.

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:
• Passion for creativity, storytelling and engaging content
• Manage client relationships with the business and act as the main point of contact for daily liaison with the clients (Marketing Team) and in house agency teams
• Ability to write, review, critique and add value to creative and studio briefs
• Coordinate day to day running of campaigns to ensure on-time delivery
• Ability to work autonomously – the full creative team is based in Sydney, so you will need to be confident in running your own show remotely from the Brisbane office

You will have excellent Stakeholder Management and Influencing skills, as you’ll need to interact and influence internal stakeholders right across the business as well as external stakeholders such as regulators and vendors. You will also deliver best practice creative account management, demonstrating an understanding of creative systems and production processes whilst communicating and collaborating across properties to leverage skills and experience and deliver better outcomes. But most important is your passion for the creative product.
