Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a talented Acquisition Manager to work within our Pyrmont office across our metro mastheads to grow subscriber numbers and achieve revenue targets.

As the Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing strategies to grow subscription revenue. You will deliver brand and acquisition campaigns, tactical promotional strategies, always-on conversion activity and partnership activations from end-to-end, managing strategy, creative, delivery and post-campaign reporting.

You will take a digital-first approach in close collaboration with our in-house digital performance team and our creative, digital and media agencies to execute strategic and tactical marketing plans to achieve our revenue and ROI goals.

This is an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a talented and confident marketer to join our Sydney team and help build our digital subscription value proposition.

As our preferred candidate, you will have:
-Direct experience in a marketing function with a digital focus
-Understanding of the digital customer journey, including digital performance metrics, channels, audience building and best practice
-Experience in end-to-end marketing and campaign management, including developing strategy, briefing creative and media processes
-Practical experience in agency stakeholder management, including briefing and delivering clear, actionable feedback
-Demonstrated ability to build buy in and gain agreement for concepts with stakeholders
-Experience in driving results through strategic and tactical marketing plans.
