AdTech Sales – Senior Sales Role

This Programmatic company is looking for an ambitious sales manager to represent key brands in ANZ, in order to drive premium programmatic advertising revenues.

They are a growing operation focused on generating additional revenue streams for their client publishers in their non-domestic markets.

They work with the world’s largest publishing groups and curate their supply and audiences to provide an unparalleled suite of cookie-free solutions to buyers, both programmatically and through managed campaign delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospecting to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Retain and grow advertising revenue from assigned client base in order to meet and/or exceed the annual revenue target.
• Explore all opportunities for programmatic revenue with assigned sector client base and associated media agencies to ensure the annual programmatic revenue target is achieved.
• Develop solid network of contacts within key International and Independent media agencies.
• Direct experience in speaking to media agency teams.
• Growing revenue from agency-based contacts.
• Operate as key client (internal and external) point of contact for day-to day client service: client account management, conduit between clients and operations.
• Become an expert in the use and best practices for multiple SSP/DSP platforms, although in-console campaign management is not a part of this role.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry and media market dynamics.
• Consult with clients and agency planning teams regarding development and alignment of campaign parameters to sell in and develop use of their services.
• Deliver insight into delivery and performance implications of campaign constraints.
• Assist in delivery of reports to track, measure, and analyse all campaign activities and drive resolution of delivery and performance issues.
• Liaise with clients and agency teams on campaign performance and reporting.

• Experience in digital media with a leading online advertising agency, network, advertising exchange or optimisation firm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally comfortable in a consultative, client-facing environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies.
• Good understanding of ad networks, ad exchanges, DSPs and/or auction marketplaces.
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and be a self-starter.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Salary Package – c $120-130k base + super + uncapped commission
