Agency Marketing Manager

Working alongside the Director, the primary focus of the role will be to manage all events, social activity, branding, PR and broader marketing activities for Adrenalin.

As the Marketing & Events Manager, you will be responsible for positioning Adrenalin as a thought-leader and innovator within the Australian digital landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities:

– Create and implement a marketing plan and strategy that support the agency’s business objectives
– Manage an industry-leading Event Series (www.adrenalinmedia.com.au/about/adrenalin-sessions)
– Manage the Agency CRM Platform (HubSpot)
– Manage all Social Media activity for the agency
– Promote Adrenalin Media through media releases, blog posts, SEO and SEM
– Centralise and manage all branding activities and collateral for the agency
– Work with Senior Management in qualifying new business prospects, converting leads into new business for the agency

Your Experience:

– 3+ years proven strategic marketing skills within a digital environment (agency or client-side)
– Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that integrate the following elements of the marketing mix: promotional tactics, branding, sales collateral, campaign activity, advertising and market research analysis
– Event-management experience
– Thorough understanding of integrated marketing communications for services
– Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
– Demonstrated initiative and strategic thinking
– Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
– Excellent planning and organisational skills
