We’re a leading customer engagement agency based in Redfern, looking for an associate digital producer who wants an amazing opportunity to work within a highly talented production team on some of the world’s leading brands.

The role reports directly to the Head of Digital and requires someone with good project management skills. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver digital marketing automation projects using the Salesforce platform, manage content, budgets and timelines. You will have the opportunity to work with creative teams and other producers.

Having some agency experience would be ideal and in return you will be mentored by senior members of the team. The working environment is fun, social and engaging, in a warehouse-style office space that is full of natural light.

The role is responsible for:
• CRM campaign management and delivery
• All aspects of content upload and management across various online channels including blogs, landing pages and emails
• Manage projects from production brief through to completion on time and budget
• Project scoping including timelines and budget
• Manage testing and results against technical and functions specifications

You will need skills and experience with:
• CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot and Marketing Cloud
• Be proficient with Google Apps for Work, project planning tools and resourcing apps
• Working knowledge of core industry technologies, CMS and testing platforms
• Experience in content upload and asset management in CMS such as WordPress
• Basic understanding HTML and CSS
• Strong desire to learn and explore new tools, technologies and production processes

You will also need:
• 1-2 years experience working in either digital agency or fast paced environment and enjoy being part of a ‘can-­do’ culture and team environment
• Have relevant tertiary level education
• Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot or Marketo to deliver email marketing campaigns
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns including email, web, social and display
• Intermediate skills in G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Be familiar with workflow management tools such as Jira and Trello or similar
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, be passionate, flexible and have a commitment to deadlines
