– Wider brand features and correspondence where applicable
– TV Pitching
– Business, Trade and Consumer features
– Ensuring internal pitching matrix is updated month on month working to a quarterly plan
– Proactively seeking new business opportunities
– Generating Proposals
– Seeking Marketing team contacts
– Researching and approaching brands
– Updating and Managing Internal Documents and following up accordingly
– Sitting in with Directors on Pitch meetings
– Ensuring all client project budgets are managed from start to finish
– Checking all budgets your team members put together
– Allocating client budgets for best use
– Ensuring monthly expenses are done within deadline
– Overseeing and leading the weekly WIP
– Business goal and success pitching
– Under embargo pitching
– Product Initiatives
– Project KPI’s
– Weekly KPI’ Focus emails to the team
– Overseeing over servicing of client accounts
– Reviewing client services on a quarterly basis and injecting new services into the account, with prior approval from the Directors
– Managing and implementing a strategy and dealing with emergency crisis situations on behalf of your clients, overseen by the Directors
– Oversee the planning, strategy and conceptualisation of all event elements
– Being present for your team events
– Budget management
