Branding & Design Agency | Account Director

YOUR ROLE

Supporting the Client Partner and Boss Lady, you’ll own and manage client revenue up to an agreed value, in line with business planning and new business targets. You’re also accountable for collaborating with the Team and should drive the overall success of the teams that you work across. Your role looks at client services strategies, best practice and discipline across the relationships within your care.

As this dynamic Account Director, you will work closely with the design team and director alike on projects ranging from branding systems and their various touch points to marketing campaign development and rollout. We are proud to say that some of our clients already include some of the biggest names in the property development space.

With through-the-line experience including branding, design, digital and social marketing, and growing into new territories such as placemaking and customer experience. You will have superb verbal and written communications skills, acute attention to detail and are grounded, positive and unfazed by client demands, handling these with ease and grace even when under pressure. Being in a small organisation, you’re willing to offer all hands on deck with the rest of the team to help the studio run efficiently overall.

• Curiosity: Entrepreneurial in spirit, a self-initiator, you’re forever seeking to further your skills and knowledge

TO BE CONSIDERED:
• You must have experience in a branding and design studio or agency
• Be an established Account Director or Senior Account Manager wanting to step up
• Have experience working on a property client previously
• Be comfortable working in a small agile team
• Enjoy working with different suppliers and stakeholders, including developers, interior designers, graphic designers.
• Be naturally curious and interested in how different spaces can be tailored to attract a certain audience and how that can be enhanced through interior design and branding, communications.
