Business Development Coordinator

The Role

Working directly with the National Business Development team, Principal Lawyers and Office Leaders, the Business Development Coordinator supports initiatives that enable Practice Teams to grow their business and enhance client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide support to the National Business Development team to implement the firm’s client relationship programs;
– Coordinate the firm’s Business Development planning process;
– Foster relationships with client groups and work with National Relationships – – Managers to identify new business opportunities;
– Assist with planning, organising and execution of client meetings, events and conferences;
– Conduct market and competitor research; and
– Participate in business development projects.

Skills & experience we’re looking for:

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also display strong time management and organisational skills and have an understanding of business development or marketing in a commercial business.

The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team is crucial to being successful in this role.
