Campaign Coordinator

Our ANZ regional head office in Sydney has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Campaign Coordinator to join a newly formed ANZ Marketing team. You will be part of a dynamic collaborative team supporting the creation and execution of regional and local marketing campaigns.

This permanent full time role reports into the Campaign Marketing Manager and will be responsible for supporting Marketing efforts to raise awareness, engagement and purchase behaviour amongst our target audience.

What does the role involve?
• Support in the development and execution of local and regional marketing campaigns across Australia & New Zealand
• Help to produce campaigns for key destinations (Hong Kong and China)
• Support campaigns to recruit members to Cathay Pacific’s loyalty program
• Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to setup tracking, provide reporting and weekly dashboards of campaign performance
• Manage timelines and ensure all activity is executed to the highest possible standard, on brand and on budget
• Work with the wider Marketing team, reviewing all campaign and marketing materials to ensure they are on brand and producing relevant performance reporting.

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will have:
• At least one years’ experience in Campaign Management or Marketing (we are open to agency experience)
• Good understanding of the Marketing channels mix
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent level of PC literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, and adaptable to change
• You have a positive, can-do-attitude and are a real team player
• A degree qualification in marketing or relevant discipline preferable
• Knowledge of, or experience in, the airline industry is a distinct advantage but not a requirement
